Refund and Return Policy

Overview

I am an independent artist, not a large corporate entity. The products you purchase in my store are fulfilled by a variety of Print On Demand Services. I do my best to ensure that these suppliers are delivering a quality products. I also work hard at ensuring that the representation of my products are as accurate as possible. All that being said, if you receive a damaged or sub-quality item you can return it for refund or replacement. Please note the following before initiating a return or refund.

  • You are responsible for shipping costs in the return process
  • If an item was damaged from shipping you need to contact the shipper.
  • Request for returns or refunds must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item.
  • Request for returns or refunds must be sent to Kristal’s Studio.

You can return items for the following reasons

  • Item is damaged or below a standard of market quality

A product cannot be returned for the these reasons

  • You changed your mind
  • You don’t like it

Return Process

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact me via email. Please include pictures of the damaged item and you order details. I will respond to you within 24 hours to remedy the situation.

 

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will only be accepted for the same product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me .

 

Shipping returns

Please do not return any items until you receive approval and a shipping address from me.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
